(1) These addenda for Volumes 1 and 2 of the International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-9-CM), are reported by the World Health Organization Collaborating Center for Classification of Diseases for North America at the National Center for Health Statistics.
(2) These addenda will be effective October 1, 1991, and are the second revision of these codes for the classification of HIV infection.
