Definition:

  • (n.) a genus of poisonous umbelliferous plants, of which the water hemlock or cowbane is best known.

Example Sentences:

  • (1) A 54-year-old man had a severe case of cicutoxin poisoning following the ingestion of water hemlock (Cicuta maculate).
