Dense


Definition:

  • (a.) Having the constituent parts massed or crowded together; close; compact; thick; containing much matter in a small space; heavy; opaque; as, a dense crowd; a dense forest; a dense fog.
  • (a.) Stupid; gross; crass; as, dense ignorance.
