(1) A woman with mild asymptomatic hypercalcemia due to primary hyperparathyroidism became pregnant and her serum calcium normalized while her hypophosphatemia worsered.
(2) While well tolerated in premature newborns, the extensive hemorrhagies in on-term ones have worser prognosis, resulting in significant changes on control examination, predominantly hydrocephalus and porencephalia.
