What's the difference between endosmosis and endostosis?

Endosmosis


Definition:

  • (n.) The transmission of a fluid or gas from without inward in the phenomena, or by the process, of osmose.

Example Sentences:

  • (1) After distilled water treatment, the epithelium is severely swollen and at some places completely desquamated from the lamellae, leaving only the blood capillaries and supporting pilasler cells, due to endosmosis.
  • (2) pCMPS specifically increases the hydraulic resistance to exosmosis, but does not influence endosmosis.
