Harmonic


Definition:

  • (a.) Alt. of Harmonical
  • (n.) A musical note produced by a number of vibrations which is a multiple of the number producing some other; an overtone. See Harmonics.

Melodious


Definition:

  • (a.) Containing, or producing, melody; musical; agreeable to the ear by a sweet succession of sounds; as, a melodious voice.
