(1) Our data suggest, however, that each batch of albumin used for this purpose should be checked for the presence of inhibitor, and that treatment with kaolin might be considered as a routine step prior to its incorporation into the test diluent.
(2) The number of 125I-ANP binding sites in the choroid plexus of rats with kaolin-induced hydrocephalus was significantly higher as compared to findings in the control rats, whereas no differences in the binding affinity were observed 3 days and 3 weeks after the intracisternal injection of kaolin.

(15) Following addition of kaolin, PF3 release was more rapid and of shorter duration with platelets from CCHD patients as compared to normal platelets.
