(1) Some intraepithelial fibers have been described at level of sudoriferous and sebaceus glands and sensitive corpuscles in connexion with pilous follicles.
(2) This entity is studied according to the revised bibliography, reaching the conclusion that they are real infundibulo-pilous cysts in plaques, with a very peculiar localisation, which are not red lichen planus.
(3) In 7 cases of isolated breast prococity, 4 cases of isolated pilous precocity, one case of isolated genital hemorrhage and 5 cases of hypopituitarism, E1, E2 and T levels were similar to those of impuberal girls.
(4) A pilonidal disease is an illness which appears in younger population (second and third life's decade), dominantly in male and especially in hairy, pilous persons.
