Dike


Definition:

Igneous


Definition:

  • (a.) Pertaining to, having the nature of, fire; containing fire; resembling fire; as, an igneous appearance.
  • (a.) Resulting from, or produced by, the action of fire; as, lavas and basalt are igneous rocks.
